Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver it to us within the period.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Sales items are not eligible for return.

Please wait for approval before sending back the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty(if any) of the returned item.  

Gift card equivalent of the amount with 1 year validity will be issued. Inspection and processing of returned item might take up to 3 weeks.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through site. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the site are error free.

  • Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
  • Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
  • Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
  • Printed items may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Accessories are also not returnable.

Exchanges
We only accept exchange for defective/wrong items. 

Refunds
We do not provide refunds , only gift card equivalent to the amount.

Gift card can use in multiple times, balance can be use in next purchase and must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of issued.
