WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Free shipping within Malaysia
  • Usually ship next business day, but kindly allow :-

West Malaysia - receive parcel within 2 to 5 business days

East Malaysia - receive parcel within 4 to 10 business days

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

  • Online bank transfers

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return & send to us within the period.
  • Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact.
  • Sales items are not eligable for return.
  • Please wait for approval before sending back the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item. 
  • We do not provide refunds , only  gift card equivalent to the amount.
  • Gift card can use in multiple times, balance can be use in next purchase and must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of issued.

    WHAT HAPPEN IF I'VE RETURN AN ORDER THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

    We will have to return your order back to you. Redelivery fees will be borne by you in such circumstances.
