Size Guide


  1. Chest/Bust: Stand up straight with your arms hang down in a relaxed, natural pose. Measure around the fullest part of your chest. 
  2. Waist: Stand up straight in a relaxed, normal position. Run the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
  3. Hips: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear. 
  4. Shoulder: Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body ( from shoulder blade to shoulder blade )



  1. Take a piece of paper and a pen or pencil
  2. Stand with your heels against the wall
  3. Stand upright, placing your weight on both feet
  4. Get someone else to draw a line be the tip of your toe
  5. Measure the length from the wall to the line
  6. Add 3-5 mm to the measured length (important for toe space)
  7. Compare the foot length with size chart
